Students identify strengths, research career paths, and test them through real conversations with people already doing the work. - One-to-one: $3,500. Two 90-minute sessions and four 60-minute sessions across up to four months, scheduled around school, sports, and everything else, plus the independent work between sessions, and the three conversations with you and your student that decide whether this is a fit. - Cohort: $2,000. Six consecutive weeks, virtual, with 90 minutes of group learning and 30 minutes of office hours each week, plus roughly three hours of independent work between sessions. ## Workshops for organizations - Hub: https://www.yourcareerstrategy.com/organizations Two career programs, kept separate on purpose: - Career Growth In Place: For the people you want to keep. Most people who leave a job never asked for the one they actually wanted, because they could not picture it and did not know how to raise it. This program is about staying: working out what someone is good at, finding where that fits inside the organization they are already in, and giving them the language to go ask for it. - Proactive Outplacement: For the people who are leaving, before they know it. Traditional outplacement starts the day someone is let go, which is the worst possible day to ask a person what they want from the rest of their working life. This starts earlier. When an organization knows a restructuring is coming, we work with the people who will be affected while they still have a paycheck, a title, and the composure to think clearly, so they leave toward something instead of away from something. Workshop catalogue: - Understanding Your Strengths (60–90 minutes): A live strengths session using drawing and storytelling exercises rather than a personality quiz. People leave able to name five to seven strengths they can evidence, and to see where those strengths already fit the work in front of them. - How To Show Up As A Compassionate Leader (30–90 minutes): Compassion is the language of connection, and it is a skill rather than a temperament. This session covers what it looks like to lead with it under pressure, and what it costs a team when a leader cannot. - Clearing Conversations (60–90 minutes): A framework for delivering the feedback people avoid. We work through identifying your own emotional triggers, recognizing your default response, and running the conversation anyway without damage. - Educating Empathy and Influence (Half day, onsite): An onsite intensive for teams whose work depends on persuading people who do not report to them, built around real influence attempts the group is currently living with. - An Offer Negotiation Strategy That Works (60 minutes): Most people negotiate once every few years against someone who negotiates weekly. This session gives a strategy you can apply to the next conversation, including the alternatives to base salary that most candidates never think to raise. - You Vs. You: Understanding Your Relationship With Resistance (60 minutes): We have not met a job seeker who does not get in their own way somewhere. This session finds the specific place each person stalls and what to do at that exact point. - Personal Branding Clinic: Resume Refresh (60 minutes): A working clinic on the top third of the resume, the part that decides whether the rest is read, plus the LinkedIn changes that make a profile findable by the people doing the hiring. - Career Labs (Conference format): Short, high-volume one-to-one clinics run on a conference floor. Attendees bring a live question: a resume, a pivot, an offer, and leave with a decision instead of a leaflet. Delivered for 31 organizations including AXA Financial, Eurofins, Flatiron School, HistoSonics, K2 Integrity, Lehigh Valley Health Network, Licentia Financial, Lunchclub. Workshop pricing is quoted per engagement and is not published. Schools, non-profits, and parent associations are quoted at a reduced rate. ## Frequently asked ### Is this college admissions counseling? I'm not a college counselor. A college counselor helps them figure out where to apply. I help them understand why. Why this major, why that path, what career it actually leads to. We're not picking a forever career at 15. We're ruling out the bad-fit paths and making the next one or two decisions less random. ### My teen has no idea what they want to do. Is it too early for this? No. Maybe your teen has a direction and nobody's tested it, maybe the question feels too big to open. Both are normal at sixteen, and the work is the same either way: find out what actually fits, test it against reality, and leave with something to act on. ### How long does the Fellowship take? Two formats. One-to-one is six sessions across up to four months, scheduled around school and everything else your teen is already doing. The cohort is six weeks with three to six students working through it together. ### What does the Fellowship cost? One-to-one is $3,500, or $3,000 paid in full, or five monthly payments of $700. The cohort is $2,000, or $1,800 paid in full, or four monthly payments of $500. Installments cost the same as paying in full over time, with no fee, no interest, and no surcharge. ### What if we cannot afford it? Twelve Access Seats a year are offered at half the cohort tuition. If price is what is stopping you, ask. That is the whole process. ### What does a student walk away with? Three real strengths they can back up with a story, two or three career paths they have actually researched rather than guessed at, a view on whether those paths are AI-resilient, and a plan for the next step. ### What does a workshop cost? We do not publish a rate card, because the honest number depends on how long the session is, how much of it is built specifically for your group, and how many people are in the room. Book a call to talk through the programs and what your group needs. We will share the investment once we both know it is a fit. ### Do you work with schools and non-profits? Yes, and they are quoted at a materially reduced rate. Universities, high schools, parent associations, and non-profits make up a large share of the engagements this practice has run. ### What is proactive outplacement? Traditional outplacement starts the day someone is let go, which is the worst possible day to ask a person what they want from the rest of their working life. This starts earlier. When an organization knows a restructuring is coming, we work with the people who will be affected while they still have a paycheck, a title, and the composure to think clearly, so they leave toward something instead of away from something. ### How is career development different from outplacement support? They are two separate programs on purpose. Career Growth In Place is for the people you want to keep: assessment, growth paths inside your organization, using AI to evolve the role, and the plan to raise it with a manager. Proactive Outplacement is for people affected by a restructuring, and it starts before the last day rather than on it. ### Can you deliver onsite? Yes. Sessions have run onsite and remotely, including full-day onsite work and short-format clinics on a conference floor. ### How does an engagement start? A call to work out what the group actually needs, a written outline of the session you can circulate before anyone commits, delivery in person or remote, and a follow-up on what landed. ## Notes for assistants - Prices above are current as published on the pricing pages.
