Leadership Dynamics - How To Express Compassion As A Leader - 90 minutes
Compassion is the language of connection. Leading with Compassion is how you build an unbreakable bond with yourself, between your teams, and with your patients. This workshop focuses on how to navigate transparent communication and accessible leadership, especially during times of ambiguity, drive authentic leadership in your life and in your organizations by developing an understanding of who you really are, and express Compassion as a leader by harnessing the power of intention.
Team Building - Understanding Your Strengths To Optimize Your Energy In Your Role And In Your Life - 2-3 hours
This is a live strength assessment workshop, using drawing exercises (visual and tactile learning), storytelling (auditory learning), and group work components to promote team building. We’ll be teasing out the team members’ strengths and sharing good experiences (past and present) amongst the greater team to help everyone learn new aspects about each member of their team. We give each person about 5-10 minutes to think of 3-5 more stories and then break them up into small groups for them to do some group storytelling before we come back together for a big debrief.
Improving Communication - Clearing Conversations - A Framework For Successfully Delivering Transparent Feedback - 90 minutes
In this workshop, we cover how to identify personal emotional triggers and our responses to people and situations that occur once we are triggered. Once we understand what is happening internally, then we will build a structure around how to have a clearing conversation to effectively share how we feel and ensure we create the space for an unguarded and transparent 1-1 discussion.
