Eli Bohemond

Eli is the Head Coach at Your Career Strategy with 11 years’ experience supporting 7000+ individuals in navigating life and career transitions from over 120 countries around the world. He’s an award-winning facilitator who’s created and taught college-level career development curriculum globally, while also bringing leadership coaching and training to notable world organizations and high-growth companies across the US, EMEA, and APAC. He is using his expertise to support the next generation of leaders in better understanding themselves so they can choose careers that both energize them and are future-proof.

Youssef Hasweh

After graduating from the University of Chicago, Youssef built a nationally recognized platform (@youssefuniversity) focused on college access and scholarships, reaching over 300K students online and distributing $18,500+ in funding through six student-led scholarship initiatives. He has directly partnered with 100+ brands and now uses his expertise at the intersection of higher education, digital media, and community building to coach students and creators on navigating scholarships, career opportunities, and sustainable online growth.

Sharahn LaRue McClung

For over two decades Sharahn has worked as a 1:1 coach and as a group facilitator with hundreds of clients in the tech & education industries to craft their personal narratives to impact their career development goals. Her prowess as a recognized performing artist fuels the competitive edge and artist’s empathy that she brings to her coaching practice.

Farah Elattar

Farah Elattar is an apprentice at YCS. She is focused on learning the various aspects involved in coaching people through meaningful and successful career transitions. She also works closely with Eli and the team on developing and improving the YCS experience. An immigrant, Farah was born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt, before she moved to the US in 2015. She holds a Bachelor's in Philosophy, and a Master's in Financial Analysis from Rutgers University. Farah is a Business Development Associate at a Private Equity firm focused on pre-middle market companies. She previously worked at BlackRock and Morgan Stanley.

Joe Murray

With nearly a decade of experience in media and content creation, Joe has found success in a wide range of content areas. Early on, Joe worked in news radio, writing and editing stories featured during morning and afternoon news updates. Transitioning from news, Joe began creating content for Jersey Bites, one of New Jersey’s largest food websites. In this role, Joe cohosted a weekly podcast and contributed to the website’s blog. Most recently, Joe has created his own website, The Workin’ Parent where he has written blogs for the past two years. In 2024, he launched The Workin’ Parent Newsletter. Joe brings a unique perspective and style to the content he creates.
