Once you submit the interest form, you will receive an email with an application for your student to complete. After the application is submitted, it will be reviewed. If your student is selected, you will receive an email asking you to schedule a 30-minute one-on-one call with one of our coaches. During this call, we will learn more about your student, share specific details about the program, and answer any questions you may have. You’ll be sent a comprehensive follow-up to our conversation, including all the program details, so you can review it together and make your decision about joining the fellowship. We are offering a $500 discount on Fellowship programs for participants who can pay upfront. The program is typically $2,000 per student, and will now be $1,500 through 2026.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A 6-week inquiry-based, experiential live in-person or e-learning program designed for high school students seeking clarity and a better understanding of their intrinsic motivators: strengths, values, and interests. Led by a team of expert careers coaches, students will collaborate and strategize with like-minded peers, learn how to meet industry leaders, and begin ideating and working on projects that will give them a competitive edge as they embark on the next step of their educational and career journeys.

  • Participants will gain a clear understanding of their strengths, interests, and goals, laying a solid foundation for a successful future career path while fostering a sense of purpose and direction.

  • Participants will have opportunities throughout the sessions to use their stories, values, and clarity of direction to craft a compelling personal statement that can be used for college , scholarship, and/or job applications.

  • Participants will gain access to one of the best resume templates used today and expert guidance on how to brand themselves effectively using that template and LinkedIn.

  • Participants will get access to a scholarship tracker that will support students in learning about and managing their applications for scholarships that align with their goals and interests.

  • Participants will learn how to grow and expand their target networks in their areas of interest with templates, tools, and strategies on how to win, and then professionally conduct meetings with people of interest.

  • Participants will learn how to leverage AI tools to conduct research to streamline their college, scholarship, and job search, as well as enhance their preparation for networking meetings and interviews.

  • Participants will learn how to proactively job search, leveraging AI platforms, job search boards, and LinkedIn, while ultimately discovering and activating the hidden job market.

  • Participants will have a robust action plan that lays out their targeted pathway, goals, and weekly actions to help them move forward in their networking conversations, application processes, and future job-selection.

  • A student can expect an average time commitment of 5 hours per week over 6 weeks to get the most out of the program. Each coaching pod will run for 6 back-to-back weeks with 90 minutes of group-based learning, 30 minutes of office hours, and about 3 additional hours of independent growth work between sessions each week.

  • Your high schooler will be matched with a group of 4-6 other peers, who were all interviewed, vetted, and selected to be admitted into our selective programs. Each cohort will be led by one of our trained career coaches, who will be in charge of facilitating their comprehensive and interactive learning experience.

  • For the same price as a single credit hour from a Top 50 University OR the cost of a high-quality live SAT Prep Course, your high schooler will be able to receive programming that, up until now, hasn’t been available. Typically, parents can expect to invest around $2,000 for their student’s attendance in the program, but through 2026, we are offering a discount for a total program cost of $1500 per student. A limited number of scholarships are offered for students and families with financial limitations, so if you need help, please ask.
