Workshops for organizations
Your people are already thinking about what's next.
Some of them are quietly planning to leave. Some are stuck and can't say so. Some are about to be affected by a decision they haven't heard yet. The organizations that handle this well don't wait for the exit interview. They give people the tools to work out what they want while there is still time to act on it. That is the work we bring into a room.

Every session below has run with a real group. Most are adapted before they run again. Tell us who is in the room and what has already been tried.
60–90 minutes
Understanding Your Strengths
A live strengths session using drawing and storytelling exercises rather than a personality quiz. People leave able to name five to seven strengths they can evidence, and to see where those strengths already fit the work in front of them.
Delivered for Immerse Education, Licentia Financial, Hult International Business School

How To Show Up As A Compassionate Leader
Compassion is the language of connection, and it is a skill rather than a temperament. This session covers what it looks like to lead with it under pressure, and what it costs a team when a leader cannot.
Delivered for K2 Integrity, Lehigh Valley Health Network, Eurofins
60–90 minutes
Clearing Conversations
A framework for delivering the feedback people avoid. We work through identifying your own emotional triggers, recognizing your default response, and running the conversation anyway without damage.
Delivered for Social Talent
Half day, onsite
Educating Empathy and Influence
An onsite intensive for teams whose work depends on persuading people who do not report to them, built around real influence attempts the group is currently living with.
Delivered for HistoSonics

An Offer Negotiation Strategy That Works
Most people negotiate once every few years against someone who negotiates weekly. This session gives a strategy you can apply to the next conversation, including the alternatives to base salary that most candidates never think to raise.
Delivered for Leeds University Business School, Penn State, Albert's List
60 minutes
You Vs. You: Understanding Your Relationship With Resistance
We have not met a job seeker who does not get in their own way somewhere. This session finds the specific place each person stalls and what to do at that exact point.
Delivered for Mass Challenge, PepTalk Her

Personal Branding Clinic: Resume Refresh
A working clinic on the top third of the resume, the part that decides whether the rest is read, plus the LinkedIn changes that make a profile findable by the people doing the hiring.
Delivered for Flatiron School, DeSales University, Scholarship Plus
Four-week cohort program
Career Growth In Place
For the people you want to keep
Most people who leave a job never asked for the one they actually wanted, because they could not picture it and did not know how to raise it. This program is about staying: working out what someone is good at, finding where that fits inside the organization they are already in, and giving them the language to go ask for it.
Assessment: naming what you are actually good at
Five to seven strengths a person can evidence with a real story, drawn out through storytelling and a strength inventory rather than a personality quiz.
Brainstorming growth paths inside this organization
Two or three internal directions worth pursuing: adjacent teams, unfilled gaps, roles that do not exist yet, scored against what actually motivates the person.
Using AI to evolve the role you already have
A working grasp of where AI takes time off the current job, and what the role becomes when it does. People leave having reclaimed hours and knowing what to do with them.
Building the case, and the conversation with your manager
A written plan the person can actually put in front of their manager, and the rehearsal to have that conversation without it sounding like a resignation.
Optional two 60-minute private coaching sessions per participant
Four-week cohort program
Proactive Outplacement
For the people who are leaving, before they know it
Traditional outplacement starts the day someone is let go, which is the worst possible day to ask a person what they want from the rest of their working life. This starts earlier. When an organization knows a restructuring is coming, we work with the people who will be affected while they still have a paycheck, a title, and the composure to think clearly, so they leave toward something instead of away from something.
Understanding your strengths to identify your ideal career path
A clear articulation of top strengths, and the first industries worth exploring.
Brainstorming possible career pathways
Two or three qualified pathways, ranked against personal motivators using a scoring rubric, researched with the AI and job-board tools we demonstrate live.
Targeted job search planning
A documented search plan naming target organizations and decision-makers, with at least one real outreach conversation already started.
Targeted personal branding
A resume, LinkedIn profile, and elevator pitch that say the same thing and say it well.
Optional two 60-minute private coaching sessions per participant
Why it starts early
Waiting until the last day costs everyone
- People still have the confidence to aim high, which they lose within weeks of an exit
- The search starts before the resume has a gap on it
- The organization keeps a reputation worth having with everyone who stays and watches
How it can run
- One-to-one coaching for individuals affected by a restructuring
- Cohort programming for a group going through the same change
- Manager preparation for the people who have to deliver the news
Delivered for Echoing Green, The Packer Collegiate Institute
Schools, universities, and non-profits
Career programming for students, alumni, and members. The sessions that turn a vague sense of ambition into a next step somebody can actually take.
- Students who can articulate a strength instead of a grade
- Alumni and members equipped to negotiate, network, and position themselves
- Parent and community audiences who leave with something to do on Monday

Conference format
Career Labs
Short, high-volume one-to-one clinics run on a conference floor. Attendees bring a live question: a resume, a pivot, an offer, and leave with a decision instead of a leaflet.
Delivered for American Public Health Association
Schools, non-profits, and parent associations are quoted at a materially reduced rate. If budget is the thing standing between your group and this work, say so on the call. It is a conversation worth having, not a reason not to book.
Investment
What it costs
We do not publish a rate card, because the honest number depends on how long the session is, how much of it is built specifically for your group, and how many people are in the room. Book a call to talk through the programs and what your group needs. We will share the investment once we both know it is a fit.
Book a call to learn moreHow an engagement runs
A call to work out what the group actually needs, which is not always what was first asked for.
A written outline of the session, so you can circulate it before anyone commits.
Delivery, in person or remote.
A follow-up on what landed and what should come next.
Questions
What buyers ask
- What does a workshop cost?
- We do not publish a rate card, because the honest number depends on how long the session is, how much of it is built specifically for your group, and how many people are in the room. Book a call to talk through the programs and what your group needs. We will share the investment once we both know it is a fit.
- Do you work with schools and non-profits?
- Yes, and they are quoted at a materially reduced rate. Universities, high schools, parent associations, and non-profits make up a large share of the engagements this practice has run.
- What is proactive outplacement?
- Traditional outplacement starts the day someone is let go, which is the worst possible day to ask a person what they want from the rest of their working life. This starts earlier. When an organization knows a restructuring is coming, we work with the people who will be affected while they still have a paycheck, a title, and the composure to think clearly, so they leave toward something instead of away from something.
- How is career development different from outplacement support?
- They are two separate programs on purpose. Career Growth In Place is for the people you want to keep: assessment, growth paths inside your organization, using AI to evolve the role, and the plan to raise it with a manager. Proactive Outplacement is for people affected by a restructuring, and it starts before the last day rather than on it.
- Can you deliver onsite?
- Yes. Sessions have run onsite and remotely, including full-day onsite work and short-format clinics on a conference floor.
- How does an engagement start?
- A call to work out what the group actually needs, a written outline of the session you can circulate before anyone commits, delivery in person or remote, and a follow-up on what landed.
