I would highly recommend that anyone else in need of some job coaching work with my coach. I’m super appreciative of how communicative he is: I can always text him with updates or for advice, even now that we’ve completed all of our sessions, and he responds promptly with a voice note offering motivation and guidance. I appreciate how human and authentic he is: never stuffy, formal, or judgmental. He is owed a ton of credit when I land my next role!”

From there, I learned how to have professional conversations with people in the fields that I was exploring. This stage boosted my confidence in talking to others and helped me to realize what it is that I want to pursue professionally. The best part of the coaching process was developing a really strong accomplishment-based resume. My resumes in the past were not targeted and consisted of a list of responsibilities. I encountered success applying for jobs online because my updated resume really stood out in the application pool. While I changed courses during the process and now am starting a position that wasn’t originally on my radar, I feel so proud of the work I put in and trust that I found a role and workplace that is the best fit for me!”
