Leave with three detailed career paths that align with your strengths, interests, and experience in just 45 minutes.

Next session: Wednesday, December 9, 12:05 to 12:50 PM Eastern (New York)
A complimentary 45-minute working session on Zoom, coached live by Eli. As a group, we work through five of the most meaningful questions that shape a career path, and by the end of the session each of you will create, read and review your own Career Pathfinder preview.
What happens
- Before the session (about 10 minutes, on your own). Open the personal link in your confirmation email. Answer a few quick questions about where you are now, the pay you're aiming for, what's fixed for you, and anything you've already ruled out. Then upload your resume. Make sure this part is done: your preview is built from it, and having it done means we spend the whole session on the five questions that matter most.
- In the session. Eli takes the group through five questions: what you're good at, what gives you more energy than it takes, what interests you, what you won't compromise on, and what a good workday looks like. For each one he shows what a strong answer sounds like, you write your own, and a few people read theirs aloud so we can work through them live. At the end, everyone submits their answers.
- A few minutes later. Your own preview is on your screen: a profile of what you bring, your first three career paths based on your answers, a pay range for each, and what might stand in your way if you go for it.
Who it's for
For anyone weighing a career change, whether you already have an idea of where you'd like to be or no clue where to start. You'll do it with the accountability of others in a similar spot, and an expert career coach guiding you. You don't need a plan, only a few honest answers. Nobody shares their screen: you can read an answer aloud, paste it into the chat, or just listen and write.

Can't make a date? You can also start on your own and work through all ten questions at your own pace.
